Terms and Conditions
- Internet and telephone bookings are reserved for 1 week until deposit is received.
- 25% deposit payable on booking, balance due on arrival.
- The accommodation is normally let from 3.00pm on day of arrival to 10.30am on day of departure.
- For Short Breaks this departure time will be waived, if no new guests are arriving that day. But this cannot be guaranteed, so to ensure a late departure, an extra night must be booked.
- The accommodation should be left clean and tidy and any breakages or damage reported
- During High Season (mid July – end August) letting is from Saturday to Saturday; at all other times, day of arrival and length of stay is flexible.(Minimum stay 2 nights)
- Pets by arrangement (no charge).
