Internet and telephone bookings are reserved for 1 week until deposit is received.
25% deposit payable on booking, balance due on arrival.
The accommodation is normally let from 3.00pm on day of arrival to 10.30am on day of departure.
For Short Breaks this departure time will be waived, if no new guests are arriving that day. But this cannot be guaranteed, so to ensure a late departure, an extra night must be booked.
The accommodation should be left clean and tidy and any breakages or damage reported
During High Season (mid July – end August) letting is from Saturday to Saturday; at all other times, day of arrival and length of stay is flexible.(Minimum stay 2 nights)
